Heart attacks affect more than a million people all over the world. But due to advanced research, a lot of people survive heart attacks now. But still there needs to be a lot of awareness where people should just know the symptoms of heart attack and how it affects them. And if we can identify it, we can be quick in saving someone’s life. But it’s also very surprising to know that it does not often happen all of a sudden. The symptoms the body show are very obvious and frequent.
Getting exhausted after work is very normal, but if the exhaustion occurs without doing any such work and also basic things like shopping stresses you out or even its thought stresses you out then maybe the symptoms are showing.
Also, getting short of breath all of a sudden can also be a clear warning sign which means one should see a doctor immediately.
2.PRESSURE ON THE CHEST:
The biggest sign of a heart attack is the tightening of chest or feeling a huge burden on it.
The tightening and pain also effects various areas like the left arm or armpit, back, neck, jaws, or stomach which lasts or minimum 15 minutes.
Before a heart attack occurs, one gets difficulty in breathing and its because the arteries are blocked and not getting enough blood to circulate.
If a person faces any kind of disturbance in breathing, they should immediately see a doctor.
When the muscles do not receive enough blood, they feel certain exhaustion or maybe shortness of breath, which is also known as the fatigue syndrome.
5.DIZZINESS AND COLD SWEATS:
The first sign of a heart attack is excessive cold sweats, which follows by dizziness which occurs due to scarce of blood to the muscles.
One must not be afraid if they experience flu or cold because these are not dangerous symptoms. This normally happens one month before the heart attack along with the other symptoms mentioned above. So if all of these are felt, then a doctor should be consulted.
