With growing number of crimes, sexual misconduct is also increasing, especially by the police. Just recently a police officer was accused of sexual misconduct by a woman. The woman, Patricia Aileen Wilson accused the patrol officer of grooping.Wilson claims that a patrol officer searched her for no reason on the highway and then he groped her. He even went on to harass her outside her home.Wilson claims that the patrol officer, Lloyd demanded her to lean against the cruiser and then he put his hands in her shorts before grooping her.
While doing all this, Lloyd asked Wilson about drugs and then gave her a ticket for overspeeding.
Wilson says that after 3 hours, she was again stopped by the same patrol officer who told her, “We have to stop meeting like this.” She stated that Lloyd was using his authority as law enforcement officer to sexually harass her.On Monday, the Tennesee Highway Patrol (THP) released the footage of the two incidents mentioned in the lawsuit. In the end, THP came to the conclusion that Lloyd is free of charge. It says, “After careful consideration and review, the Tennessee Highway Patrol Command Staff has stated that Trooper Isaiah Lloyd conducted this traffic stop in a professional manner in an effort to protect the motoring public.
The district attorney Jared Effler stated that the Lloyd’s attitude in the recorded video were unethical. However he got convinced  that there is not evidence for a court case.Incidents like this are very sensitive since one wrong decision can cost someone their life.If the harassment cases are looked upon with the same empathy, there is no hope for.the Link for the cctv footage:
